Perumal Kovil (Sanatani deities)
Vinayagar / Ganesh – Remover of obstacles, opener of the way, and protector of beginnings. Always called first in puja for safety and clarity.
Lakshmi – Goddess of prosperity, household stability, and well-being. Brings good fortune and harmony into the home.
Sarspadi / Saraswati – Goddess of learning, speech, and music. Worshipped for clarity of mind, intelligence, and artistic inspiration.
Suriyan – Solar deity representing truth, vitality, and healing. Associated with strength, health, and spiritual discipline.
Bhuma / Dharti Maa – Mother Earth. Gives grounding, fertility, protection of land, and stability in the home.
Anjaneya / Hanuman – Fierce protector and exorcist. Removes fear, spirits, witchcraft, and obstacles. Symbol of strength and devotion.
Perumal / Krishna – Preserver and restorer of balance. Brings peace, righteousness, and spiritual protection to the household.
Shiva – Lord of destruction, meditation, and transcendence. Associated with cremation grounds, spiritual knowledge, and inner power.
Rama – Ideal king and protector of dharma. Symbol of righteousness, loyalty, and moral strength.
Sita – Goddess of purity, devotion, and endurance. Represents patience, strength under hardship, and divine femininity.
Durga Maa – Warrior queen of the gods. Protector from evil and destroyer of demons. Grants courage, strength, and victory.
Gramadeivam (Dravidian deities)

Droupadi / Pandiale – Fire goddess and protector of the innocent. Connected to firewalking traditions, justice, and oath-keeping.
Madurai Veeran / Maldevildan / Kal Bhairo / Master – Warrior guardian spirit. Protects crossroads and temples, punishes wrongdoers, and guides trance states.
Dee Baba – Local guardian spirit found in Trinidadian and Guyanese temples. Helps with protection, justice, healing, and clearing negative energies. Bhojpuri influence
